Shipping Policy

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. We don't yet ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO boxes, or international addresses — we're working on expanding.

Processing Time

Orders are packed and shipped within 2–5 business days of purchase, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, delivery typically takes an additional 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size and delivery address.

Storage & Handling

Yield pouches are shelf-stable at room temperature (not frozen or refrigerated), so they ship without special cold-chain packaging. Store your order in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight upon arrival.
